Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and support.

Shipping Locations

At this time, African Lightning Brand ships within the United States only, including Puerto Rico.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times once shipped:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. African Lightning Brand is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

African Lightning Brand is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
